Dear Customers and Partners,

The COVID-19 pandemic is evolving rapidly, and we would like to assure our customers,
partners, and suppliers that we are diligently monitoring the situation and following the most
up-to-date World Health Organization, U.S, and local government guidelines. The safety of
our workforce is of paramount importance to us; therefore, we are taking decisive action to
minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our employees as well as on our
partners, customers and their patients.

Currently, both of PMI’s facilities remain open and will continue to provide deliverables to
our customers and their patients. We have implemented remote-working strategies,
enhanced cleaning procedures, restricted all business travel, limited non-essential visitors,
and modified work schedules to encourage social distancing, among other efforts;
however, we do not anticipate that these measures will significantly impact the timing of
client deliverables.

Our executive team has been meeting regularly to put contingency plans in place to
minimize disruption to our current projects and supply chain. We remain committed to
supporting your important work, and we take every precaution to minimize disruption to
project timelines.

While we continue to navigate through these unprecedented times, I would like to thank
